I am 62 years of age and have very bad arthritis, particularly in my back. The meds I take sometimes make my weight go up, which of course, is distressing. I have found, however, that the Empetua shaper shorts do 2 things for me: they give my back some gentle compression and also makes my tummy look smaller.I was sceptical at first; the video commercials online convinced me to try. Trying the TrueKind bras now. Living the best life I can, under the circumstances. Cheers!
